Lapis lazuli taşlar içinde Tanrıların ruhunu taşıdığına inanılan gökyüzü taşlarıdır. Kadim devirlerde Roma ve Mısır uygarlıklarında imparatorluk hazinesinin nadide eserleri olarak kullanılmıştır. Mısır Annelik Tanrıçası Hathor’un taşı turkuaz, halkın annesi olarak anılan imparatoriçeler tarafından kullanılabilirdi. Bu özel tasarım kolye, eşsiz Roma mikro mozaiklerinin de kullanılmasıyla üretilen Kleopatra sonrası dönemin imparatoriçe takılarından biridir.
Lapis lazuli stones were sky stones believed to carry the spirit of the Gods. It was used as rare artifacts of the imperial treasury in Roman and Egyptian civilizations in ancient times. The stone of Hathor, the Egyptian Mother of Goddess, was turquoise which could be used by the empresses who were known as the mother of the people. This specially designed necklace is one of the empress jewelery of the post-Cleopatra period, produced with the use of unique Roman micro mosaics.
